Losing Weight Without Exercise: Can It Be Done?

Have you ever wondered if you could lose fat without doing any exercise? This is one question that I get asked a lot and see posted in many forums. So can it be done? Oh yes it sure can! But you could also go on all day using just one arm. Heck, some people have only arm – or leg – and still maintain quite an active lifestyle. Wouldn’t you agree though that you’re better off with two arms?

Oprah Winfrey is quite famous for many reasons, one of which was her many attempts with losing weight using different diets. Did she succeed? Well she did slim down on almost all her diets… only to gain in all back a few weeks later after she stopped. Only when she finally added exercise has she maintained a fairly healthy weight.

That is a giant clue. Yes can succeed without exercise, but why not make it easier on yourself? “Eat less. Move more” is still a truism, however you go about doing it. Exercise helps with our mood, raises our metabolism, helps control appetite, helps stabilise our blood sugars. That’s a mighty impressive list isn’t it? Yes good fat burning supplements can also do all this, but again, why settle for less when you can have it all?
